Memory Box's Wildflower Stems

Memory Box's Wildflower Stems

This week's Simon Says Stamp's Wednesday Challenge (using dies and/or punches, featuring Memory Box) and the Seize the Birthday Challenge #214 (make it a bouquet!) came together in a very fun card.

I made a card featuring Memory Box's Wildflower Stems die set for a sweet card featuring a bouquet. To create the card, I used a print that I had made with my gel press that I then die cut using the Reverse Confetti Outlined Frame die.

Next I cut out the wildflower stems dies with some white card stock. I then colored the  wildflowers with some of the watercolor markers from Altenew. After the wildflowers stems were dried, I arranged them and glued them to the panel. I then decorated the bouquet with some washi tape. (I was inspired by some of the example cards of the blooms on Simon Says Stamps page that also added the washi tape embellishment.) Then I added sentiments from Tim Holtz's Idea-ology Sentiment Label Stickers and some gems from
Honey Bee Stamps. Finally, I glued the panel to a blue card base.
